Clean place with all amenities. Close to good spots

Resort is amazing! Room was super clean, view was exceptional, all onsite staff was more than kind/helpful. No words to describe how great their food is at the onsite restaurant Salvia Blanca. Would stay here again especially when you compare their pricing to other well known resorts around.

From the moment I arrived, this hotel exceeded every expectation. The rooms were spotlessly clean — everything felt fresh and well-maintained, which made such a difference to the overall experience. What really stood out was the staff. Friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming without being overbearing. Every interaction left me feeling like a valued guest rather than just another booking. And the beds — absolutely incredible. One of the best nights of sleep I’ve had while travelling. The kind of comfort that makes you seriously consider hitting snooze on checkout. I wouldn’t hesitate to return and would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable stay with staff who truly care. A hidden gem!

Beautiful resort! We loved waking up to the sounds of the birds. Breakfast is very good. Staff is very friendly. For a resort that size, the pool is very small. And the gym even smaller. But we made it work and definitely will stay again at El Cielo!
